Directions
- Place oven rack 6 inches from broiler; preheat broiler to high.
- In 10-inch, oven-safe skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef, oregano, salt and pepper; cook 4 minutes or until no pink remains, breaking up beef with side of spoon. Remove skillet from heat; stir in tomatoes with their juice, and 2 tablespoons each balsamic glaze and basil. Place cheese over beef mixture; transfer skillet to oven and broil 4 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Makes about 4 cups.
- Drizzle skillet with remaining 1 tablespoon of balsamic glaze and sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon basil; serve with toasted baguette if desired.
