- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. Spread chips in single layer on rimmed baking pan or 17.5 x 12.25-inch aluminum foil pan; top with cheese, sauce and chicken. Cover pan with aluminum foil; place on hot grill rack. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is heated through.
- Serve nachos topped with coleslaw and pickles. Makes about 8 cups.
