Chocolate Mascarpone Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

Mix the sweet mascarpone and set aside.
On each chocolate grilled cheese, take two slices brioche and coat the bread (inside) with 3 tablespoons of sweet mascarpone
Break the chocolate bar to fit and put the two slices of bread together.
Coat the outsides of the bread with soft butter.
Griddle the sandwiches over low heat until golden on both sides, being careful when you turn the sandwich so the top doesn’t try to slide off.
Allow sandwiches to cool, then dust with powdered sugar and serve.
