- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. In medium bowl, stir garlic, butter, basil, parsley, paprika and ¼ teaspoon salt. Makes about ½ cup smoky herb butter.
- Sprinkle both sides of cod with remaining ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper. Alternately place lemon slices, lime slices and orange slices in an 11 X 8-inch rectangle on hot grill rack; place cod on top of fruit slices, cover and cook 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°.
- Serve cod topped with ¼ cup smokey herb butter garnished with lemon wedges, if desired.
