  1. Line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In large bowl, stir coconut, sugar, coconut milk, coconut oil, condensed milk and 1 teaspoon matcha powder. Form into 1 1/2-inch balls; place on prepared pan. Freeze 2 hours or up to overnight.
  2. Using a fork, dip balls into chocolate to completely cover, allowing excess to drip off; place on same pan and immediately sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder. Refrigerate in airtight container up to 1 week.
