- Prepare green beans as label directs; drain and transfer to paper towel-lined rimmed baking pan. Pat green beans dry.
- In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat; add prosciutto and cook 3 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently. With tongs, transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
- In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add green beans, salt and pepper; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add vinegar; cook 1 minute or until liquid evaporates. Stir in almonds and butter; cook 1 minute or until butter melts, stirring frequently. Add prosciutto; toss. Makes about 5 cups.
