Grilled Sirloin Steaks with Grilled Zucchini- Corn Salsa

  1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Brush both sides of corn and zucchini with 1 tablespoon oil. Place vegetables on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning once. Transfer vegetables to cutting board, cool completely. Cut corn kernels from cob; chop zucchini.
  2. In medium bowl, stir corn, zucchini, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt and black pepper. Makes about 2 cups salsa.
  3. Brush both sides of steaks with remaining 1 tablespoon oil; sprinkle with seasoning. Place steaks on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135° for medium-rare, turning once. Transfer steaks to cutting board; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 145° upon standing.)
  4. Slice steaks against the grain; serve topped with salsa.
