Ingredients

  • Cornmeal for sprinkling
  • All-purpose flour for dusting

Directions

  1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Rub steak with ½ tablespoon oil; sprinkle each side with 1 tablespoon seasoning. Place steak on hot grill rack; cover and cook 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135° for medium-rare, turning once. Transfer steak to cutting board; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 145° upon standing.) Thinly slice steak against the grain, then coarsely chop.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low; sprinkle underside of rimmed baking pan with cornmeal. On lightly floured work surface, roll dough into a 12-inch round; carefully transfer to prepared pan and poke several times with fork to vent. Brush dough with remaining 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with remaining seasoning; leaving ½-inch border, sprinkle with cheese. Carefully slide dough onto hot grill rack; cover and cook 12 minutes or until bottom and edges of crust are golden brown and slightly crisp, rotating once. Transfer pizza back to baking pan.
  3. In small bowl, stir sour cream and lime juice. Drizzle pizza with sour cream mixture; top with steak, tomato and lettuce. Cut pizza into 8 slices.
