Ingredients
- Cornmeal for sprinkling
- All-purpose flour for dusting
Directions
- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Rub steak with ½ tablespoon oil; sprinkle each side with 1 tablespoon seasoning. Place steak on hot grill rack; cover and cook 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135° for medium-rare, turning once. Transfer steak to cutting board; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 145° upon standing.) Thinly slice steak against the grain, then coarsely chop.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; sprinkle underside of rimmed baking pan with cornmeal. On lightly floured work surface, roll dough into a 12-inch round; carefully transfer to prepared pan and poke several times with fork to vent. Brush dough with remaining 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with remaining seasoning; leaving ½-inch border, sprinkle with cheese. Carefully slide dough onto hot grill rack; cover and cook 12 minutes or until bottom and edges of crust are golden brown and slightly crisp, rotating once. Transfer pizza back to baking pan.
- In small bowl, stir sour cream and lime juice. Drizzle pizza with sour cream mixture; top with steak, tomato and lettuce. Cut pizza into 8 slices.
