  1. Preheat oven to 375°. In large bowl, toss potatoes, garlic, oil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper; spread in single layer on rimmed baking pan.
  2. Roast potatoes 25 minutes or until tender and browned, tossing once. Add chives and lemon juice; toss. Makes about 4 cups.
