  1. Place onion in small heatproof bowl. In small saucepan, stir vinegar, sugar, salt and 1/3 cup water; heat to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium; cook 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Pour vinegar mixture over onion; let stand 30 minutes or until cool. Drain onion; place in small bowl. Makes about 1 cup.
  2. To build board, divide chips into 3 separate medium bowls, and dips and almonds into 4 separate small bowls. Arrange small bowls on board; arrange vegetables on board around small bowls and serve with chips.
