Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups Food Club Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha hot chile sauce
  • 1 package (32 oz) Tater Tots
  • 1 2.5oz Package Fully Cooked Bacon
  • 1 ½ cups Food Club Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 green onions, Chopped (about 2 table spoons)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In small bowl, stir sour cream and chile sauce until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. On large rimmed baking pan, arrange Tater Tots in single layer. Bake 24 to 26 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  3. Meanwhile, heat bacon in skillet according to package directions until crisp. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate to cool; chop.
  4. Remove Tater Tots from oven; Immediately transfer to serving paltter. Evenly sprinkle tots with cheese, bacon, and onions; serve with sour cream mixture.
