Directions
- In medium bowl, whisk hummus and salsa. Makes about 1 cup hummus mixture.
- Spread tortilla strips on large serving platter; top with hummus mixture, chicken, cheese and giardiniera. Makes about 10 cups nachos.
- Serve nachos garnished with onions, if desired.
