Ingredients

Lemon-Ginger Blues

  • Blue Razz Pop Rocks®
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Lemon wedge
  • Ice

Sour Apple Martini

  • Cherry Pop rocks®
  • Ice
  • Lemon wedge

Directions

  1. Lemon-Ginger Blues: In small microwave-safe bowl, heat ginger, honey and water 30 seconds; with large spoon or muddler, muddle ginger mixture. Let cool.
  2. Place Pop Rocks in shallow dish; run lemon wedge around rim of 2 (8-ounce) glasses. Dip wet rims into Pop Rocks.
  3. In cocktail shaker, add ginger mixture, ice, vodka and lemon juice; cover and shake. Add ice and blueberries to glasses; strain vodka mixture into glasses.
  4. Sour Apple Martini: Place Pop Rocks in shallow dish; run lemon wedge around rim of 2 martini glasses. Dip wet rims into Pop Rocks.
  5. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add remaining ingredients, except cherries, to shaker; cover and shake. Place 1 cherry in bottom of glasses; strain martini into glasses to serve.
