  1. Prepare rigatoni as label directs.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 2 minutes or until fragrant, stirring occasionally. Add garlic, cinnamon and nutmeg; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in stock; heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in pumpkin, sage and pepper; cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken, spinach, and cheese; cook 1 minute or until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally. Stir in rigatoni. Makes about 6 cups.
  3. Serve rigatoni garnished with cheese, if desired.
