- Preheat oven to 400°. In large skillet, toast walnuts over medium-high heat 4 minutes or until lightly golden browned and fragrant, stirring frequently; transfer to plate to cool.
- In large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts, apple, oil, sage, nutmeg and salt; spread on rimmed baking pan and roast 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Transfer to large bowl, add honey and toss.
- Serve salad sprinkled with walnuts. Makes about 4 cups.
