- Fill 4 (12-ounce) glasses with ice. In large cocktail shaker, in 2 batches, add half each of the coffee, RumChata, syrup and ground cinnamon; cover, shake vigorously and strain into prepared glasses.
- Top iced coffees with whipped topping; drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
