Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 green onions, coarsely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatillos, quartered
  • 1 large avocado, halved, pitted and peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro sprigs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Food Club salt
  • 1 bag (7.5 ounces) tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

In food processor, purée garlic, onions, tomatillos, avocado, cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, hot sauce and salt until smooth. Serve with tortilla chips.
